From the minute, I called pulled in the drive-through. The lot attendant was awesome and very attentive. My Service writer Tom kept me informed and was on top of keeping me updated unfortunately, I needed a loaner car, but they had one on site & were able to get me into a car that day! I even forgot my block for my charger in the loaner car and Belle from the rental department called me & kept it aside until I was able to get it! Great service all around!!!

My car was in for service getting new key fobs. It is a lengthy and labor intensive process. It took 2 weeks and I was thankful to have a loaner vehicle. Bottom line, never lose both key fobs because you can't just go get a key made. I'm glad subaru made the experience pleasant. The price and lengthy time for the coding was not pleasant, but Thomas in service kept me in the loop and eased my concerns. I would recommend this dealership for all your needs.

Purchased new 2026 subaru outback xt with 9 miles, paid extra for MySubaru app for remote start,lock and other goodies. It has not fully worked from day one. Now the hands free drivers assistant doe's not fully work. Spent more then eight t hours at dealer ship with no luck. I'm told every thing is up to date an there is nothing more they can do.
Service appointments are seen on time. Inspection is thorough and shared prior to work being done. Car always returned clean and ready to go!
Came in & checked in. Told what was to be done and told how long. I was done quickly and efficiently. The car was clean when it came out. Waiting room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend the timely checkup.

I was called back an hour after my oil change, they found the part under the lift and thought it might be from my car. That concluded my time of getting an oil change of five hours! I do not live real close by and did not appreciate having to go back, gratefully they found nothing wrong with my car. I was told the advisor’s boss would reach out to me on Monday, no call from Pine Belt has come and it is now Wednesday!

I wasn’t pleased with your mechanics findings I feel that they didn’t look into the real problem I will have new tires and alignment done if my car is still having a steering problem I will be seeing your manager about this issue

While the second attempt at the paint repair was great, there was some kind of white residue on the rear interior of the hatch (side wall and hatch itself), back of the seat, protective mat as well as on the exterior rear of the car. They could have done a much better job returning the car back to me in a clean condition. The lack of detailing is disappointing and shows the lack of concern for finishing quality.

Used to be great with great customer service. However, the last year or so, the workers have been a revolving door and the service department is always trying to push more work on Your car. Worst part is, if you check yourself and realize they lied.
Prompt courteous service quality work and video of work being done and even a free car wash after service is completed thank you for telling me one hour and getting me in an out that one hour time like promised. Thank you lakewood service department

I had a warranty issue on my 4 month old car. Tom in service was all over it. Handling it like it was his own car. The service tech, Joe, took me on drive alongs to make sure all was good. Bell in the loaner car dept was great as well. Pine Belt service dept gets a 10 rating for professionalism and thoroughness.

Was greeted by Geo, very friendly, listened to what i wanted and got the job done, without the pressure. I had to leave to get my son and Geo kept in touched with the step by step process and asked before doing anything if it was ok. The Financial manager that works along side of Geo was also friendly, and kind. The dynamic duo those two are! Would recommend seeing them for your next car purchase!

For years, I have brought my car to you and have been very happy. This time, I had a pre-scheduled appointment days ahead for an oil change. I was made to wait until everyone who just showed up was taken care of. It took 3 hours for the oil change, and to make it worse, after they brought my car out as if it was done, then they told me that one of my taillight brake lights is out !!! They were going to let me leave with no brake light !!!!!!!!!!! I am truly not interested in hearing an excuse from you.
